RE: SYSSA 30CC GAS MADE IN USA
The only downside to it, is the weight and size of the ECU and the pump, which is not a big deal on a 50cc and up, but might be impractical on a smaller gasser. It cant weigh that much more than a smoke system. Some will say it is just for emissions, but my Corvette ZO6 has 505HP, huge torque over a very wide range, idles at 650rpm and gets 28MPG on the highway. No way would the older carburetor fed 427 Chevy would ever do that. The EFI makes things like throttle curves in your Tx obsolete.

I have an 07 Z06, it's corvette number 8 for me (guess you can tell I love vettes) You are correct and I agree completely.
My last Z06 (04 model) made close to 30 mph. This one does well to get 24 so count yourself lucky. Perhaps you have more self control than I do. I love to feel that torque[>:]

Different, that is for sure! It will be: turn it on, flip it once and it is running. Install the cowling when you build the plane, leave it on forever.

How much did that one cost?

I too have one of the 42% IBE's that caused the ignition to stumble intermittently at WOT. I've been told by Vally View, that as soon as the new 42% Thor IBE is fully flight tested by them, they will be selling them, you will be able to get an exchange through them, or from 42% directly. I plan on giving them a fair chance. BTW, the new Thor unit is only 39 bucks, if it works as it should, it may be worth reconsideration. I have a Wike, it works as advertised, but I'd rather deal with VV any day of the week over the Wike source.
Gary, you are to be commended for your dedication to the hobby[8D] . I bet you guy's are really getting hammered right about now, seems as though we're on the northern fringes of the storm up our way.

John,
Pictured is a KMP Signature 16x8 three blade prop. I haven't flown with it yet, but it should work fine. Graupner also makes a 16x8 three blade prop that I have used on a Supertigre 3000 and a Moki 1.8. It works great!!! The KMP prop is a piece of art!! Comes in a fancy triangular shape wood case!! You can find these here; www.kmp.ca

If you are interested here is the link to a mini-review of the Syssa in a 3DHS 72" Extra 330. A really nice combination of two first class products.

RE: SYSSA 30CC GAS MADE IN USA
I would like to know if anyone has drilled out the high speed jet in carb, and size or # of drill. Thinking it would be better to have more difference between to rich and lean.
Thanks

I've tried to call him for several days - no answer
No respose from E-mail for a week. What's up?

Also, the WRAMS show is coming up this weekend and he's probably got a full plate with that right now.

Thanks Jim,
I'll send a message to the new address.
I got an e-mail on Feb 8 that said my IBE was shipped USPS 2-4 day. That was over 2 weeks ago. No sign of it. No way to track it.
Can't get hold of Todd to verify shipment.
