DL-30 two gallons (loaner from friend) Sea Level 60 degrees F with Velocity Stack
JC Super Prop 20x7 = 7000 rpm solid
I took the loaner off today and put my NIB DL-30 on there and will be curious what the same prop does on the first tank or so. Might go down to 18x8 for break in.

(hovers, harriers, blenders, and stuff like that. - lots of vertical.

cool. thats the one that i was planning on going with for flying this baby
(i love xoar props... overpriced, but damn! - they look good
haha)
problem...: Chief has that prop temporarily out of stock.
but they do have a vess 19" prop in the 19A and the 19B. anyone know if either of those compare to the xoar 19x8?
thanks
Heli

Temp 56 degrees, 32% humidity. sea level
30:1 oil, 64 oz of fuel thru it.
Vess 19A 7900 rpm peak.
This is with the CyberPlate rear induction conversion.

Maybe a little harder to hand start due too poor fuel draw. I love the way I can tune it when running. It reves up instant with a 18x10 wood M.A. on it. The install is maybe a little more difficult....but it is my first rear carb install. I am glad I did the rear conversion. I think the transition is smoother in RPM levels. Capt,n
<hr />EDIT...I am going to fix that poor fuel draw while I got the engine off. I am going to solder that hole in the choke plate like Jody said. Thanks Jody for the good idea. Capt,n

Am thinking about a DLE 30 on my Funtana 90 - my present engine really doesn't do it. G20. I have a ground clearance concern. Any ideas on a 3 bladed 3D prop for this motor??
Thanks - Ron
