SPE-26cc not responding to throttle input
I have a SPE-26cc that I just had a guy rebuild the carb and I just replaced the ignition module with the RC Excel module. I have the timing at 28 deg (btdc) and have the high end needle out 2 turns and the low end out 1.5 turns. The engine will start easy and idle, but when I increase the throttle the engine does not increase rpms at all. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Make sure the carb is getting pulse from the engine and that the butterfly hasn't been flipped over to the other side by mistake, i have an spe 26 it is a great engine.
