Ralph Cunningham ignition

Hi guys,
I have a Cunningham ignition and broke the clip that is at the end of the twisted wire. This is the end of the twisted wire that the magnet passes on each revolution. It is epoxied to the engine. I know ralph has shut down. Does anybody know if any parts are available for his system, anywhere?

You should be able to get a RCEXL ignition sensor kit?

You will have to dig the old sensor out of the epoxy and JB Weld the new one in place.

You will have to check that you have the correct side towards the magnet before you glue it in place.

The connector may be different? you will have to match up the wire colors

I don't think that Ralph is shut down. He recently repaired my Zenoah G20ei for me. You might try to contact him at [email protected].

" JB Weld the new one in place "

JB Weld has steel filings in it, is this still a good idea ?

It is the standard used for mounting sensors.

It seems to work. Used it for years.
