Koiritz engine

I traded for a Koiritz BP400 engine. Can anyone tell me what is displacement who makes them and are they any good what size prop. This is a magneto ignition with points looks just like new.

I do know that they are used as the motors in the ECHO powered equipment.
Maybe the local ECHO dealer can help.
