Maiden flight motor siezed up. No damage to the cylinder wall, it was the bearing holding the crank in place. After 30 minutes or so it now turns over smoothly. Ideas?

Replace bearings. They should be fairly common and generic sizes for RC engines, and relatively cheap and easy to replace.
