Correct sparkplug for a G 38?

What's the best sparkplug for a G 38? Also need the gap size.

Zenoah G-38's come stock with an RCJ8 in a Champion, but I would convert it to an NGK. Any autoparts store can do this. Oh, and gap it at .020
