3W75 Carb Problem
 

I have a 3W75IUS that has a carb problem. The low speed needle has to be
closed to within 1/16" of close to get it to transition correctly. Normal setting
used to be about 1/2 turn out. Current setting makes it hard to start and
sometimes not at all.

Any suggestions what may be causing the problem. Low speed needle seems
to have no effect until its set to almost close.
