DLE 30 problem
I have a DLE 30 that I ran last year but when I tried to start it today no luck. The ignition seems ok but the engine will not draw fuel. The clunk is OK and fuel lines fine. I checked the diaphram and carb filter and they are normal with no debris. Any suggestions prior to sending it in would be much appreciated.

Did you check both diaphragms? If you checked the screen, I assume you checked the one under the cover retained by the single large screw. Did you check the one under the cover plate retained by (4) screws? Under that diaphragm is the metering needle that often times sticks after long periods of storage. You can cycle the metering needle fork a few times and that should free that needle up. If the diaphragms are in good condition, you should be good to go as far as the carb goes.

Just loosen up the 4 screws & squirt some fuel mix in there & a squirt a little fuel in carb throat. It should get your DLE going.

Will try all of the above. Skip
