DLE 40 TWIN or 3W 42i in 1/4 scale taylorcraft

I'm almost finished covering and painting my Lanier 1/4 scale Taylorcraft and though I had planned to put the DLE 40 twin on it, I just got offered a new in box 3W 42i at a price that is hard to turn down, I know that 3w makes a good engine,I just don't know how much vibration to expect from it. The reason I was considering the DLE twin was because of reduced vibration from 2 cylinders. I have very limited experience with the DLE and no experience with a 3W. Somebody out there who has had or seen a 3W42i in action please chime in and tell me is the DLE twin worth $150 more than the 3W. Thanks.

I started flying giant scale in 1997 with a 3W 70 twin and that engine was simply incredible. About 10 years ago I also had a 170 twin and again it was a wonderful engine to operate. I would 100% buy a 3W engine over a DLE, for me it would be a no brainier.
