Electric starter--good enough?

I just wondered if you guys thought this starter would work for us. (It's circled in red.) It is used to start a 10,360cc Top Fuel engine, and yes, it is removable and hand held just like ours! No typo there.... Ten thousand, three hundred and sixty cc's.

Sure that should work but it might be just barely adequate.
