What is this thing!!!!?

I have a 55cc chain saw conversion that I bought and haven't used. The guy I bought it from wasn't sure what it is. The conversion is a very professional job. I want to sell it and I'd like to know exactly what it is before listing it. I have confirmed the size by measuring the bore and stroke. Since I bought it I have gotten input that suggests it is a Stihl conversion. It came with a Byron purr-power mount so it had to be mainstream enough for Byron to make a mount for it.
Anyone have any ideas? Here's a picture of it. |

Here's the back of the motor.

engine type
best i can tell is it has sachs-dolmer cyl. which usually has sach's piston and crank, at 55cc i would say it is a converted stihl eng.

Sachs piston and cylinder on a Stihl chainsaw ??? Doubtful...
Get the number off the carb, it can be cross referenced to the original maker... |

rcign, I don't know about the cylinder but I'v got one on my bench with exactly the same case. The carb has a primer bulb and the muffler is a two piece stamped steel unit. It still has the flywheel and coil mount on the back.
