Mackay (Moki) Gasser?
While researching some gas engines for the TF P-51ARF, I came across this website, www.Moki.co.uk. It seems there is a company in Germany making gassers under the Moki name, but are in no way connected to the glow engines made in Hungary. (Some sort of legal issue). They have some rear induction, rear exhaust that would seem to work well in narrow cowled warbirds. Does anyone know anything about these engines, are they even imported to the U.S.? Thanks guys.

RE: Mackay (Moki) Gasser?
I understand RCS are the distributor in the US for the "petrol" engines sometimes known as Moki's.
For the real skinny on the the apparent confusion over what is or is not a Moki see: http://www.justengines.unseen.org/moki_names.htm All is explained by Paul at his excellent site. fiery |

RE: Mackay (Moki) Gasser?
RCS imports them and has parts. You might have to scream a bit to get their attention. I have a 1.40 amd a 44B2. I find them a strong running engine but they have a few faults.
The box my 44B2 in said made in Chekoslovakia by Moki |
