Needle setting for dummies?

Can anybody post a "needle setting for dummies" that gives a descriptive explination of how to "properly" set the needles on the larger 100cc gas engines?

Been done here LOTS, check search function.. OK,One more time...
Open both 2 turns
Start engine
Lean out high speed needle for max rpm, then back off about 200 rpm
Slowly lean low needle and try transition
Do it until no transition
Open low slightly until transition is good
Re set high, leave slightly rich
FLY............................
Applies to ALL gassers, Walbro, Tillotson, Zama, Del Orto, Bing, etc.....................

As long as we are discussing carb setting, my Homelite 45cc takes a few seconds (3-5 seconds) to come down to idle speed after the throttle is closed. I have tried richening the low speed idle, but it doesn't seem to improve the situation. Engine runs good otherwise. Any suggestions.
