Electronic ignition kill switch
Anyone used this:
http://www.rcatsystems.com/pdf/rc100_datasheet.pdf Doesn't this cause radio problems as radio & ignition are not separated? Thanks, ini |
RE: Electronic ignition kill switch
Which one are you questioning? There are three models, one of which states that its optically isolated (RC100FO).
If you use that one you'll have no problem. |
RE: Electronic ignition kill switch
I've been using the RC100 shown here -> [link=http://www.rcatsystems.com/rc/electronics.php]RC100[/link]
for a couple of seasons now in a 40% Cap, and it's been flawless. They know theri stuff_bob |
RE: Electronic ignition kill switch
I meant the rc-100 that is shown in schematic (bottom of page).
Thanks for response. ini |
RE: Electronic ignition kill switch
Hi,
I have a pull start engine and it doesn't need battery for the ignition. Does this kill switch work for this type of engine or it has to have the ignition battery for the RC100FO to work? Thanks, Victor |
