Throttle servo?

Would the hs 325hb be a good throttle servo for a 50cc?
Thanks

I use no less than a good standard coreless.

I had all kinds of idle problems with my ZDZ 50 due to a poor quality servo, I changed to a Futaba digital servo and completly cured the erratic idle problems that I had. Go with a good quality servo even if it is on the throttle.

RE: Throttle servo?

When I was looking for a servo with the least amount of wiggle or free play for my DA 50 I called and talked directly to the tech and repair staff at Hitec. They recommended the 545. The reason being it has a 5 pole motor rather than a 3 pole like most less expensive servos.

The 5 pole means it will be tighter when at rest and also recenters more accurately. I have found them to be a good soloution and they only cost around 28.00.

Good luck

Gary

The 9001 is good, I use a 9101 which is comparable.

Coreless digital is definitely better but needless to say out of price range for most [:o].
