Just got through running the 81cc Husqvarna that I've been working on for the first time. This thing is STOUT! Zinger 24x10 7140rpm and a Zinger 24x6-10 at 7290rpm. Guess I'll have to put a muffler and a bigger prop on it to try and slow it down a little. Oh, someone will ask, 5lbs.

Good looking engine. Whatcha gonna put it in? How much does it shake?

Do you do the conversion yourself? I have a husky 61 chainsaw I need to convert. Looks good!

Yep, I do all the work myself. It shakes a little at idle but other than that its a smooth runner. I don't have a plane for it yet, a friend gave me the saw (and loaned me the monster props for testing, thanks Ken) Guess I'll end up building something like a Lanier Staudacher for it.

Very good, like to see more do it yourselfers out there. Have cut up plenty of good saws in the past and some that were actually broken saws.

Is there a place where I can go to learn more about converting these engines. I have 3 weedeater type engines and 2 chainsaws that I need to look at converting. Any sites to recomend? Thanks.
