g-62 muffler problems

Is anyone else out there having a problem keeping the muffler on their G-62? I am running a bisson wrap aroound muffler and it keeps coming loose after about 7 minutes for flying. I am running the stock ignition and have the motor firmly mounted in the aircraft.
I have used the "red" loctite, copper coat and various other fixes to no avail.
Any help would be greatly appreceiated.
Larry

Question: Is the prop balanced? Sounds like excessive vibration causing it to come loose.

Hi,
The wrap-arounds seem to do better if you have a brace supporting the end of the can. Here is a picture of a 3W75 with a brace. Check prop balance and crank run-out as best you can. You want to make sure that you don't have other problems.
