Initial settings for a Fox 3.2????

I have a used FOX 3.2, no instructions, couldn't find any on the Fox website.. (that's a brutal site BTW)... I'm assuming a good starting point is 1 3/4 turns out on both needles..... Is this about right????

Yes, thats a good starting place. Depending on your altitude, and prop, it will likley be rich to start. Mine really likes a 22-8 prop.
