Evolution 58GX Dimensions

I am trying to find out if the Evolotion 58GX will fit in my 300S Wagstaff without firewall mod. The 58GX drawings in the manual are not clear. Can someone tell me what the length is from the firewall to the drive washer (back of the prop). The engine specs say the mounting length is 243mm. From the drawing, I think the dimension I am looking for is 245-55mm, 190mm.

It is about 5 1/2 inches with the drive washer spacer and 5 1/4 without. You will have to cut a hole in the firewall for the carb to fit through. I believe their length includes the carb, mine does not.

IF YOUR PATTY WAGSTAFF IS THE GREAT PLANES ONE? I CONSIDER IT WOULD BE A BIT TO MUCH ENGINE FOR THAT PLANE, BUT TO EACH HIS OWN. I''VE SEEN A 50 DA ON ONE AND A DA SHOULD BE MORE THAN ENOUGH. BUT WHAT THE HEC TO MUCH POWER IS NEVER ENOUGH:D JUST MY 2 CENTS
