bme muffler-how to quiet
 

Love my bme 50 - but its WAY too loud with the banjo muffler. I don't really want to shell out for another muffler...

Can the banjo muffler be packed with fiberglass or steel wool to quiet it? Can baffles be added?

What makes the peacemaker quieter??

Can I just put on a weedwacker muffler? (I know they are restrictive, but this plane is WAY overpowered, so a little rpm losss won't hurt).

Any pragmatic solutions??? :D
