Which engine between these?

Trying to decide on one of these:

Da-50R
3W-55
Evo 58GX2

Which one?

uhm, can we have more info? Is price any object? What airframe is it going in? How do you plan to fly it, 3D, IMAC, Sport Flying? There are other good options out there as well, if you have reason for narrowing it down to these three...speak up, we're curious!

I have an Evo 58, them little things are STRONG ! but, I have had all kinds of issues with it, the last being the rod breaking.

I think the 3W 55 is a good choice.. not that DA isnt... thinking the 3w might have a bit more power.

The 58 has too many problems according to all the threads on it as of late.

RE: Which engine between these?

Mostly for Sport flying and 3-D. I may consider one of the smaller composite ARF models in the future. $$ is not an issue, but I do want to get the most bank for the buck.

Thanks,

John

How about a lightened G62 on electronic ignition from Ralph Cunningham ( RCIGN1)

RE: Which engine between these?

Don't know about the others, but I have a ZDZ 50NG and it is one powerful engine and very user friendly.
One of my flying pals has a DA 50 and it is also a good motor, so if you want my vote on the motors you listed it would be the DA, but my choice of any would be the ZDZ.

Sorry to confuse the issue
Colin
