Evolution 35GT question

I have a 35 gt with the sugested tune pipe and a 19x8 evolution prop.
Will your engine turn over 8500 rpms? Mine don't. I can't get more than bout 7500.
Any suggestions or tweaks?

i love the way a da 50 sounds does the ev 35 sound anything like it ?
