MVVS 45 midrange problem

Hi,I'm new to gas engines.I've got a MVVS 45 engine but it has a bad mis at about halve throttle,it's also slow coming down from full throttle to the proper idle speed.Till now it didn't quit on me but it has a severe misfire at midrange.How do I adjust the needles to correct it?

I'd go back to what the instructions say and start over. Have you pulled the sparkplug to see what it looks like?
