I made a couple of 26x10 Carbon Fiber propellors that came out OK. I show a "how-to" on my web site: http://webpages.charter.net/mcquinn/...s/projects.htm

RE: Making propellers

Hello
I made and flying with wood propellers.
This site I found after hours or surfing in the web.

http://www.marcee.org/Articles/Helic...ropellers.html

it help me a lot. It made me to go in the air. I made a lot of testing in the test bench in a Homelite 38cc chainsaw conversion. Not flown yet.
But I have a Poulan Weedeater 25 converted and with more than 50 hours logged (yes on a small book)in it, never have bought a prop.
Following instruction from this site I made success, later I modified props and have much fun.
Testing with tachometer and fish scale.
Happy landings
Jose
