How do 3W props compare?

Hi
How do 3W props compare to Mejzlic, bolly and menz, I am flying a da 100 and need a few new props, what are people using out there?

Thanks

Bill

Although I can't answer your question directly, the one difference between Menz & 3W is the fact that the center prop hub hole on the 3W is already the right size, while the Mens needs to be drilled. Just one less margin of error I guess..

Uh, all of the foreign props that I'm aware of have the correct 10mm center hole. Includes Bolly, Menz, Mejzlik, Airmodels, Fuchs, Engel, 3W, RCS, MSC, Bambula.

Hmmmm

I have a spank brand new Menz 28x10 that won't go on my 3W 100  It's not off by much, but I will have to drill it...

I've had to drill mine out too,the wood tends to expand a little over time, from the time the prop is originally drilled, shaped, sanded, balanced and finally gets to you the wood contracts and expands with the weather, humidity, temperature, etc. pretty typical to have to ream them out slightly for a proper fit without forcing them on and off.

I have used 2 different Mejzliks and 1 3W.

I didn't have to drill out any centerholes on any of them. And the engine is a DA 100.

to answer yor question my data won't be that useful b/c all the props are a different size. I like the 28x10 Mejzlik the best for uplines and downline breaking. The 3W didn't seem to produce as much thrust. It does weigh .25 lbs less though.
