ST 3250 problems

Hi,I am haveing a problem with my 3250 It is a new engine I'm running it inverted.It runs fine at idle and midrange but while going to full open it dies.The high speed needle is 3 1/2 turns open any help with this problem.Thanks Leon

why is it open so much..??? you live on top of Mt. Everest hehehehehehe ..2 to 2 1/2 should be fine if the low is set right....
