No, he went under due to others going under and stiffing him for lots of money and parts.

As for Scott, the last I spoke to him was in Oct. he was doing well medically, mentally drained and still bummed out about all that went down. I don't think he will come back to the engine business anytime soon. It's definately a real shame but of course anything is possible.
