DA-100 problem

I need to replace the prop drive washer on my DA-100. I received a new one from DA, but can not get the old one off. I am using a gear puller and made a washer adapter to hook the puller to. I have appled considerable amount of pressure, but it will not budge. I have tried tapping of the pulley head to jar it loose, applied heat to the drive washer to expand itall to no avail. Will not budge. The new unit is tapered with a key for alignment. Other than the key, I see no reason as to why it will not break loose. Anything I have missed, or any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.[&o]

If you have a DA prop drill jig you can use it, It is canter taped for 1/4 20 threads, Just mount it like is was a prop and don't use the prop washer, Run a 1/4 20 bolt down to the crank and the hub will pop off.

If you have a grinder, grind the end of the bolt to a point and it will center in the hole in the center of the crank for you.

Now all this is done after you remove the prop shaft bolt.
