3w 75i header broken

1 Attachment(s)
Here is my problem I own a 3W75I, I purchased a pre-owned 3W header and canister muffler which looked unused. I built my 1/3 scale DVII and built the engine mount and firewall to fit this setup. Yesterday on the 15th flight the header broke and now I need to know which replacement part to order.

The schedule: I’d like to get this fixed in less than 2 weeks for a couple shows that are coming up.
The engine is soft mounted, I used the same soft mount setup that was recommended on my Ziroli P47. I know this big single shakes a bit, I could remove the soft mounts and maybe this will help.

The canister muffler is mounted per spec with a soft mount on the weld ring about 1/3 back on the canister.

Does anyone know which 3w header this is? Would it be possible to get a stronger one made from stainless, if so where.
Other options?

Enclosed are a few pictures

RE: 3w 75i header broken

what you should do is ; buy a length of copper / brass or stainless steel pipe of the same outside diameter then take it to someone who has a small pipe bender [ plumber ] and have it bent to the same shape as the original , then have the old manifold plate cut away from the old pipe and have this silver soldered to the new pipe section. also its not a bad idea to have an extra piece of flat matching material [ brass / stainless ] silver soldered to the header pipe at one end so the other end is bolted to the engine somewhere, this will give extra support to the header, make sure the cannister is also mounted soft .
