small tuning problem
 

hi guy i finaly got myshenqi petrol hummer running the problem is when i apply any sort of break it stalls the engine and i was thinking that if i raise the revs with the low speed as the idle screw is all the way in and i have to raise the throttle 1/4 to get it started will i be able to set the throttle back unscrew the idle and break with out it stalling the engine any input will be greatly appreciated
