Spark plug question
I have a CRRC 40i motor that runs well with the stock chinese sparkplug. I have been told that changing to an NGK BMR6F would make the motor run better and that also make it easier starting. I have been unable to find a local store that has that NGK plug. I was able to find a E3 plug E3.16 plug. The package says that it will cross reference to the NGK BMR6F. Will this plug be OK to use and would it be better than the Chinese plug? I am also assuming that is a resistor plug since it says it cross references to the NGK.Any thoughts?

RE: Spark plug question
Champion RDJ7Y will work..So will that one, a resistor plug is not necessary with the completly shielded ignitons now sold...

RE: Spark plug question
Try asking for NGK part number 1270. That is the one that will come up on their computer. It takes a couple of days for my local autoparts store to get them. I don't think the E3 plug is a direct replacement, and I am pretty sure it isn't a resistor plug.
