Thanks for the information, the AMA site shows a race in July as well, I assume that is wrong? I tried the PROPS WEB SITE but keep getting the message the server is not responding.
Can you advise the racing schedule over the two days,
I am particularly interested in the number of rounds for q40. I assume APRA is the local q500 event, where can one find the rules for this?

Here is the info from the props website for the july race. It is next weekend. APRA is essentially AMA 424 with a one engine rule of the thunder tiger pro 40.
2011 PROPS Racing Series
July 23rd & 24th
Site: Sanderson Field R/C Flyers site in Shelton, WA
Take I-5 to HWY 101 North. Follow 101 North through Shelton, and look for the airport on your left shortly after passing the Wallace Kneeland Blvd exit. Turn left onto Sanderson Way, and look for Model Aircraft Race signs.
Note:- This is a full scale, active airport. There will be NO flying except for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There is a 300ft ceiling.
Entry Fee: -$35.00 per event per day
Entry fee is payable by cash or check only. There is a four pilot per frequency limit. All entries must be current AMA.
