My name is Mark.I asked because I finally gave up on the one they sent me (after several modifications). I found the original Fults on-line. Far superior in every way.

Nice landings, BTW.

The secret why our planes are able to do these high speed landings without flipping over, even with strong cross winds? Ultra strong custom rims! The stock plastic hub has lots of play and breaks at a hard touch down. So we replace it with our aluminium hub inkl bearings! We tested that wheels over years now and never had a nose over again! Right now we have 5x sets in stock, each set is €149.- inkl shipping in Europe. Every piece is handmade in Germany! Like one? Send us a message: [email protected]

So Hannes are these the same size OD as the Comp Arf landing gear axles.

Of course, it´s a "plug and play" system - change is done in 5min.

Your 50% GB is fascinating. Tell us more about how it will be stressed. I noticed it will have what looks like a carbon tube spar but will the flying wires share the load? What is the wingspan? Are the 3D printed landing gear parts mock-ups or actual working parts?

Hi Mark,
thank you very much. The carbon tube is only to put the wings on the fuselage, the wing load will be carried with functional flying wires like on the full scale. The wingspan is 3.8m. The gear parts are just for testing, if everything works we will cut them out of aluminium.

You'll have to forgive me. I'm not (and won't be) a face book guy.

Thanks, Mark.

did you screw or tape your gear leg covers(upper) together? I taped mine but was thinking of going back and screwing em together. Also, how in the hell did you manage to install the curved cockpit plastic without any screws??

Mark

Hi Mark,
I glued it together with fiberglass.

The cockpit plastic is done step by step:
