Guys, I have a NIB all white version just waiting to be put together so please keep this thread going. What do you think of this scheme on it? Sorry for the company who I am going to copy it off from.

Sorry AERO, I have to many new parts sitting here for the plane. I have thought about selling it but I think I will finish it and fly it. All I still need for it is a RX and spinner.

Thanks for the offer Wayne. I would love to come down but it probably wont be till spring. I am not going to do the build. I have a good friend that is going to do that. I just dont have the patience anymore. I even thought about asking here if anyone wanted to make a few extra bucks if they were close enough. Hec, I havent even finished my girlfriends 68" Yak yet and all it needs is balancing. Where has Drew been lately. He gave me a Morris Topcap a couple of years ago for free that was never even flown. At that time he was putting a Chip Hyde Cap together. Did he ever fly it?

He's been working a lot. I told him that its getting in the way of his RC. He agreed.
He flew the CH Cap for a while, got a EF 68" Yak and then the 87" Yak and some 40% stuff.
He flew a few IMAC's this summer in Advanced and did really well.

Hey,
Has anyone used the cable from the Dubro #518 4-40 pull pull system for the rudder cables in this plane ? Are they strong enough ? The cable is braided with plastic coating and it measures .035 diameter.
THANKS,
Rick

Same here... I used the Dubro pull-pull system instead of what came with the kit... 100+ flights and they haven't slipped any...

Got about 5 more flights in today and it just gets better and better! Hatch Latch works excellent!
Right now Im running a MSC 22-8 and getting 6900 rpms..this is on 32:1 and a Slimline Pitts..has anyone tried a 23x8 NX or Mejzlic ? Was thinking about gettin one after the engine breaks in but if its not good on the plane Id rather save the $$[8D]

Joe, I have tried a 22x8 and 24x8 menz and a 23x8 NX. In my opinion the only way to go is the 23x8 NX.
