Don't get your hopes up (or down)... I just threw together some rumors and inuendos...

I CAN say one thing... there's a 50/50 chance that the new plane(s) are listed on the drum... in others words they are listed or not... tee hee...

Truth is... I haven't heard from Santa Chris today...

After all it IS the holiday weekend... but I suspect he'll get me the goods in time for Christmas.

Maybe I should put some warm chocolate chip cookies out with some ice cold milk?

BOOM, BOOM, BOOM....

The natives have a big pot boiling over an open flame. Santa better bring something good or there's going to be reindeer stew, or worse! Snap! Kringle! Pop! (The natives don't eat Yaks. They're sacred.)

Coincidence? I don't think so!

BOOM, BOOM, BOOM....

I think I'll save Santa and eat those cookies myself.

You went from Ohio to KY, or vise versa?

Ohio to KY... I have a lot of family in KY (Ashland is right on the border of KY/Ohio) and primarily health led me here.

Well guys, I still haven't heard anything from Chris yet on the announcements...

I think it's only fair to state the Chris never publicly stated he would release info on Christmas Day... (though he still may)

Apparently he told someone on the phone he was going to do so... and I concurred... but Chris, in his talks with me added the words "if possible". I assumed he meant if "I" could get it done... but in retrospect... he might very well have meant if HE could get it all together with everything else going on.

I do know he broke his foot in the midst of trying to get the new products assembled for pics and video and that he was working hard to get it all done for me to develop the site pages... but with the arrival of the new batch of 74" and 47" Yaks... it's possible his time went to fulfill orders for them in an attempt to get them out for Christmas...

With that said... if there's anyone wth a foot in his mouth it's me... as I'm the one who stated it would be there Christmas Day...

As I know you all have experienced... sometimes priorities shift and time runs out before you know it.

I still am crossing my fingers that we'll all have news soon... but if it's not... consider it my anxiousness to "appease the natives".

I offer myself up for the "boiling pot"...though you might wanna bring some Adolph's meat tenderizer... I've gotten kinda gnarly over the years...

Latest news on EF's site states Chris is heading back to China for 2 weeks come the 16th. "Lots of new planes to test fly and prepare for production".

Indeed there ARE GS planes in the works... and two particularly that are coming that will make all EF afficianodos squeel with joy. I was lucky to view some prototype footage and was as impressed if not more than with any previously released footage from EF's prior designs. From the 68", 87" and 100cc YAK videos I was dumbfounded... and this early prototype was just as impressive... woo hoo...

What are these designs? Well there are rumors, and rumors of rumors... but on the site Chris says he'll give a "full report" when he returns.

I suspect this means that he's in the final stages of approval of the final production prototypes and barring any unforseen changes... we might just get our announcements around the 1st of November. Allowing ample time for "monetary adjustments" to our hidden rc cookie jar funds.

Is Christmas a possibility? Well... we'll see... but with a couple weeks of overseeing the production... who knows... Maybe we'll need to trim a few rows of limbs from the bottom of that tree to make room for some BIG boxes...

But one thing for sure... there ARE new planes coming... forthwith... and they should prove to be as outstanding as the releases thus far and perhaps even better due to the incomparable CAD talents of Mike Hall now on board with Chris.

we might just get our announcements around the 1st of November.

Hey, that's my birthday....how bout a collection for a B.D. plane for me , no wait, how about a pot on who can pick the correct airframe for the 50 or 100 cc class

With that said... if there's anyone wth a foot in his mouth it's me... as I'm the one who stated it would be there Christmas Day...

Not again...It's all good. There will be lots of time and the product certainly should be.............
....
.....
......
.......worth wating on.
