Bending Headers to fit?
I recently acquired (from another RCU member) a nice set of used PEFA canisters and headers that were used on a DA 150. I will be doing the same. My problem is my fuse canister tunnel requires the headers be bent in a bit closer to center. I need about 1/2 inch movement on each so the canisters lay straight in the proper location.
I have room for them to be moved farther to the rear than these headers will allow. Perhaps I could use a flex pipe in between. Where can I get flex pipe?
Here is a pic of the loose cans/headers.

RE: Bending Headers to fit?
If your worried about putting a kink in the header as you bend them--just fill them with sand first.
It will require more heat because the sand will act as a conductor and pull the heat out of the aluminum header tubes--but you should be able to bend them without kinking them if you fill them with sand first.
