Default Help W/Ignition Cutoff Wiring

I have the RCATS RC-100 ignition cutoff switch.

I need some help wiring it. It has one lead that goes into the RX, and the other side has 2 black leads coming out. Do I just break the + lead on my battery lead and solder the black leads in between the + lead on the battery?

Or, do I cut both the + and the - leads on my battery and solder one black lead from the cutoff switch to each?

That probably wont work unless you want to disconnect the battery to charge it. IT needs to be between the manual switch and the ignition on the positive line.
