I have flown all three of the one you mentioned. The EF is the best. The quality is much better and it flys better. A pipe is nice to have with a 50 but it's fine without it.

Hi, I have the Extreme Flight and love it. The pipe will make it powerful and quiet.

My 2nd coice would be the Hanger9/Carden. It's big and light like the Extreme Flight.

BTW, none of them are bad...all good Yaks IMO.

The Fuse is larger on the EF. The H9/Carden does fly good, but it's hard to get over a Yak that has flat sides on the fuse. The firewall doesn't have the right thrust built in so you have to shim it. The stabs don't have an alignment pin so you have to reset the incedence every time you take the Stabs off.

You could get it done but it would take some work.

Also the SD, or TOC yaks now marketed Ace Hobbies, and Aero works are all top notch ARF;s.

Ohio Model Products is bringing out three new 50cc models to our lineup! Working with EG Aircraft we have downsized our Yak 55SP and the Extra 300 mid-wing from the 100cc sizes to the 50 cc size as well as picking up some new and exciting offerings from EG Aircraft. We expect delivery in mid Nov with shipping to begin immediately after that. Save 50 bucks if you pre-order early!

I'm slowly working on the front page to spice it up with the new giant scale offerings but we've got the pre-order pages up for the three new 50cc offerings. And they can be found through any of the pull-down menus on the pages. Here are the link for the new 50cc Yak. The pipe tunnel is plenty big enough for the typical canister.

You wouldn't have any problems choosing if you could fly my Extreme Flight Yak for about 2 minutes. Incredible design and quality. Get it......

One of my freinds here bought one of the Carden Yaks when they first came out. He kept it maybe 2 months before he sold it and bought an EF.

If you could look close at both it would be an easy decision.

too bad the EF yak, 87" lenght wont fit in my truck , so I got the next best thing, the aeroworks yak, with a 55DLE. I think that should be enough for extreme 3D

Skim read both build and fly threads. The H9 came out later, but the EF thread is hugely popular and has little complaints....
