RobertWilkerson, It was a shame how I was forced to close because most of my distributors who could not stay open due to the tanked economy. The auction had nowhere near the recover of funds, either. I hope you like the model you bought, even though it was at auction price.

My Feedback: (1)

Hello:
I have the 50cc Superior R/C Yak 54 and I really enjoy flying it. I have it as an Elect. 12 cell set up on a 50cc elect motor BUT... I just wanted you to know to look at your wing bolt mounts.
On my forth flight, I went to put the wing bolts in when and I noticed the wing bolt would never get tight,
Come to find out. the screw insert was just put in with rubber glue. The hot summer temp. made it easy to just pull all the wing screw inserts out by hand. I landed up going to a hardware store and buying metal bolts and blind nuts. The wing is so thick that it was very easy to put a blind nut on the inside of the wing root and glue it in with epoxy on all four points. If you don't fix it, you might do one too many rolls and watch your wing fly off.
It is an easy fix,
Just thought I would let you know.

Did you put in steel hinge rods to replace the carbon fiber hinge rods. The CF rods will eventually wear at the tab locations and break.
