Rudder pull-pull question??

Hi, I am concerned about using the recommended Du Bro pull pull system for my 27% Cap with a Gas engine. Should I be concerned with the"nylon coated stranded steel cable"? Will this be a source of interference? I am aware that Don's Hobby Shop carries a coated kevlar setup but would prefer something I can get locally. Thanks in advance

Keep your antenna as far away as possible and you should have no problems. It's only when people run antennas close to the pull pull cables that it reduces the range of your rx. Also keep your antenna away from any servo extension cables. You could for example run your antenna all the way in the top corner of the inside fuse. Run your servo extensions on the other corner. The pull pull will run close to the center of the fuse. This is plenty of separation.

RE: Rudder pull-pull question??

The cables are usually isolated at each end with a nylon ball link so RF is normally not a problem. I will also add that if the cables cross be sure they are separated so they don't rub together.

On my 27% cap its not a problem. Ill send you some pictures tomorrow so you can see the pull pull setup. The cables are thin enough that I dont think you will have a problem.....
