Byron P-51
 

I just bought a Byron P-51, one piece wing, I'm told that is the older version of the model.
It's partly built and so I have lots of questions.
It didn't come with any documentation. so I'm wondering where I can get a manual or plans for it?
It has an engine, but I can't tell which one it is.
Maybe I'll upload a pic and see if anyone can identify it.
The fuse seems kind of flimsy/flexible so I'm wondering how many formers it should have?
Got lots of questions, so a manual would be a great help.

OK, here's two pics of the engine.

Anyone know where I can get some documentation?

Many moons ago I had this same kit. The fuselage should come with a foam "former". It goes into the back half of the fuselage 1/2 way and then the other half goes into the front of the fuselage. Then once everything is joined it becomes more stable. That is the only former in the back part of the fuselage. I am pretty sure I have the instruction manual for mine still. That is a 35 cc Quadra. The airplane also had a prop reduction system that actually worked pretty well. I think Dick Bennet at B&B specialty in Ohio or indianna has part and service for them.

Do you still need instructions/drawings for the '51? I've got some for the newer two piece wibng version, but I'm sure much of the infor is the same... let me know.
