Default CAP 20L

Around 1984 I was member of the Spirt of St.Louis RC club in St. Louis, Missouri and one of the members brought a giant scale CAP 20L with a wingspan of about 80 plus inches. It was almost identical to the CAP 20L that was offered at the time by Bridi Enterprises/Great Planes except it was a completely built up airframe with no fiberglass or foam components. The person that owned the model had purchased it from someone else and did not know much about it other than if performed very well. His only knowledge was that he thought it may have been in the IMAA magazine. I did an extensive search in the High Flight magazine and could not find anything related to the CAP 20L. I am looking for a winter's project and would like some information on this model. Hopefully someone will reconize the model by the description and can help locate more information about it.

Thanks,

Mike

Default RE: CAP 20L

Hi Mike,
Those Cap 20L plans you are looking for are from Dick Garmhausen from the 80's. I have an extensive plan collection but do not have them
. feel free to write.
Regards,
Danny
