Default Large Civilian Twin Wanted.

I would like to hang a couple of DLE55s on a model of a civilian plane. Anyone know of a large scale fiberglass/composite fuse of a large twin... Cessna 310 (not so much, too common), a beech baron...

Something that thunders flying by.... ok not so much thunder, but a really big growl.

Can anyone point me in the right direction, please? Looking for new...

The Ziroli Beech D-18 can be built into a beautiful civilian aircraft and the DLE's would be a perfect match. I think Nick has a glass fuse for Beech. You could also build the Ziroli DC-3 which would be another perfect match for your DLE's.

Have you considered a 1/4 scale Aerocommander kit? Same kit as the one didiwatt built.

Shown is my demonstrator with 2 x DA50's.

Does the scale model of the MU-2 bite the pilot in the tail like the full scale one does?

Hi on your six;

I don't know if this fits what you are looking for but, TMMY Composites offers a large scale Douglas DC-3, 150 " wing span, fiberglass composite using (30-50 cc gasoline engines).

His web page is www.tmmypantown.com his prices are reasonable all things considering and the quality is excellent.
I'm just completing a C-185 build with him that he will offer soon.

Best of luck in your search for the twin engine model.
