Default "To Seal or not to Seal".....

Okay, my original H9 ¼ Scale J-3 Cub was factory built with World Tex painted iron on fabric covering. Although I bought it in 2001, it has been hanging from my garage ceiling ever since. If I remember correctly, the painted fabric was sealed and needed no further attention, am I hallucinating, or should I seal it..?? Going to throw a new DLE 20 in there…”To Seal or not to Seal”..............

Normally there's no need to seal precolored fabric. Unless you applied graphics over the original color you should be ok.

If I remember correctly, the early H-9 Cubs had a problem, in that the covering collected dirt easily. People were sealing the covering, to eliminate this problem.
