HELP!! Is this HUB the right size for a 5" tyre??

HELP!! Is this HUB the right size for a 5" tyre??
Hi guy's,
I was sent a pair of RoBart SP51 Large 10 spoke scale hubs with no tyres on them. I would like to know if the RoBart 5" tyre is the right tyre for this hub. The size on the hub is 3" across the face and 1.7/16" with. I bought them for my TF G/Scale p-51d mustang I have to build and would like to know if they are right for the 1/5th scale. I am in dispute with the company who sent me the Hubs. I just want to be sure they are the right size for the 5" tyres they should send me.

Hay thank you for the info. I'll see how the suppler goes as he has sent me just Hubs, but I paid for the complete wheel and only received the hubs. That's why I asked if these Hubs do fit the 5" tyre.
