The servo arms that came with my 30cc Extra 300 look kinda' crappy.
They are aluminum, but they are big, flat disks that are intended to screw onto the regular servo arm for extra length.
I like the aluminum arms I see for sale on various sites..... but they are VERY expensive!!
I need arms up to 1 1/2", with 24T splines to fit HiTec servos.
What do you guys suggest?

There's others. Even Hobby King sells aluminum servo arm sets though I haven't tried theirs.
I prefer aluminum arms that provide a crossbolt to clamp the arm as well as the standard servo screw.
While you're at it, you can hit up McMaster Carr for a box of M2.6 x 8mm hex bolts and throw the crappy phillips screws in the trash.

Hobby King and SDS Hobbies both carry splined aluminum arms in singles and doubles. I've used both types, never had the slightest issue. Their arms are well made with double locking screws and about 1/2 the price or less to "brand" names. fwiw flytreetimes
