Default GS Skybolt

Getting ready to resurrect a Wendell Hostetler 27% Skybolt. Does anyone here know where i can find a set of plans?. PDF would be fine
Was told by former owner that Bob Dively was original owner /builder.
Plane is in good condition. I need the CG mostly. and to make a few modern upgrades
Anyone have or previously had one of these. please feel free to share your ideas/tips etc.
I have found little info on the internet other than and old flight video and a few adds from the 80's.
I found no degree of positive incidence in elev stab which i thought was odd since my other bipes
have 2 degree of pos.and one degree of down on top wing.
I am a biplane fanatic with a GS Pico Waco and Byron Christen Eagle kits with plans waiting their
turn as well. Hope to find a Pitts Python some day too.
Any help/ leads to info on this classic is much appreciated.
\ Thnx. ...Dan
