It’s a shame he doesn’t live in the states. That would be a wonderful wonderful aircraft to purchase.

Those are nice wheels, shame Glennis are out of business. Lots of the smaller boutique vendors have gone that way.
You may wish to add something under the corner of the strut so it does not rub through the airline.

mine has the sullivan 7" skylite wheels fitted which appears to be suitable. My issue is trying to find a braking system I can fit to those. I know some have had custom hub made with the brakes. Think Sierra may do that.
I'd really like electric if possible simple to save hassle of finding somewhere to fit a small tank under the floorboards.
Electron look a possibility but need to get the wheel pants off so I can remove wheels, alas they are fixed on with silicon sealant so going to be painful job to do. I will be implementing a system where I can easily remove the pants for maintenance.
Similar of the fairing around the strut attachment to the fuz, it is glued on with what looks like silicon sealant. That is going to be a bi *** to remove if I ever need to remove the strut. Prefer your method of small screws.

Looking to get a few scale bits and pieces such as the fin VOR strake antennas etc. Anybody have a source of where to get things like that made?
Where have you guys mounted fuel dot? I'm thinking on the bottom of the cowl so it is not noticeable.

Ive have mounted all mine over the wing in the scale location. I just run a fuel line out through the wing and down the front A pillar under the floor through the firewall to the fuel tank. Looks pretty cool at the field filling it on top of the wing like the fuel scale. Plus you dont have to bend over so far.

excellent, I like that. Did you make that or purchase? Where from if you purchased??
I have been thinking about where the fuel tank goes into the engine box and worried about its impacts on CG. 1.5L of fuel will be quite a substantial weight so far forward.
Are you balancing it dry or wet?
