Eflite giant scale P-51 electric retracts
 

I've got a Hanger 9 giant scale P-51 I'm putting together and I'm using the Eflite electric retracts. One of the mains is bad and I'm trying to get the tail retract set up while I wait. My problem is that the controller (and programmer) won't let me work the tail gear with out everything else being plugged in. Of course the retracts are wired differently than normal retracts (no signal wire and the Positive is on the outside of the connector) so I can't use a servo tester to run the retract.

Is there any way around this?
